Send us an email and let us know about it. We're happy to pay for return shipping label and to provide a 100% credit up to 30 days after purchase to ensure you get exactly what you're looking for.

Send us some pictures of the damaged gear and let us know how it happened. We'd be happy to give you a discount on a replacement piece of gear. Accidents happen - and we're here to help when they do.

If so, send us an email with some pictures of the damage. If it's a defect, we'll make it right and send you a new one.

We don't mass produce our products, instead we make them as they are ordered. Historically, 98% of the time we're able to make and ship our products within 3 days of the initial order.

Our shipping times are listed in the checkout showing you an accurate estimated delivery time based on wherever you are in the world. Our delivery times range from 1-14 days depending on where you're located in the world. We have offices in Canada, USA, Mexico, and Europe to ensure shipping time is as quick as possible. 

All inks used in your new gear are water-based and eco-friendly. We use a special, all-natural solution in the printing process which can smell like vinegar - but don't worry, this will disappear after the first wash. If it persists after that, reach out to us and let us know. We're here to help!
